It was then that she hit an obstacle as she was unable to find a willing publisher for any further work of hers. Her first novel was ‘Born of Night’, which she sold quite promptly along with collecting a number of awards for it as well. After gaining her degree, she went onto gain more experience writing for magazines, before taking the final step of getting her novel published.
